Store Pickup

Orders may be picked up at our store located at 2510 S US-29 Hwy, China Grove, NC 28023, during normal store hours. Orders are usually ready within an hour of when your order is placed. Same day store pickup is only available for in-stock items. Items not picked up within 7 days will be restocked and a refund will be issued minus a 20% restock fee. We will call or email you a reminder before the 7 days is up. 

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for patrons located within a 15 mile driving distance from our China Grove store located at 2510 S US-29 Hwy, China Grove, NC 28023.

Deliveries outside of our 15 mile driving distance may be available for an additional fee. Please call our store at (704) 859-1517 or email us at info@tikiislandexpress.com for details and a quote. 

For choosing Local Delivery and by checking the terms and conditions upon placing your order you are authorizing Tiki Island Pool Express to deliver items to your home. Once item(s) are delivered, you may not hold Tiki Island Pool Express or it's employees responsible for theft or misplacement of products delivered.  

If you require a signature or special instructions just note it in the "add a note to your order" section when ordering. 

We can not nor will not enter your property including garages, sheds, gates & fences, or home. It is helpful if you instruct us on your preference of where to leave your product(s).

Shipping

We are not shipping orders at this time. Only local delivery and store pickup. 

Returns for online orders

Store pickup items will have 14 days from the time the order is ready for pick up to return the item. A receipt is required for any items listed to begin the return process.
14 Day Return Period - If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, return it with receipt within 14 days in its original container in saleable condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit equal to original purchase price. Floats and inflatables can only be exchanged for merchandise unless determined to be a manufacturing defect. Any special order items are subject to a 20% restock fee if returned. Due to safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any chemical products.
